Tokushi Kojima is Managing Director for OMERS Infrastructure’s team in London, where he is responsible for the Strategic Partnership Program (SPP), OMERS global third-party capital program. He joined the team in September 2024.

Prior to his tenure at OMERS, Tokushi worked as a director, infrastructure equity product specialist within the global client solutions team at IFM Investors, engaging with institutional investors mainly in EMEA and Asia. Previously, Tokushi worked as the group head of corporate development at Manchester Airports Group (MAG) where he identified and evaluated inorganic growth opportunities for MAG.

Tokushi received a Bachelor of Law (international law) from Waseda University. He is a CFA charterholder.
