As Vice President, Legal and Compliance, Katie oversees regulatory and compliance advice and support to OMERS Infrastructure in North America and Europe.

Before joining OMERS in 2024, Katie has held a number of senior legal, regulatory and compliance positions as Deputy Chief Compliance Officer, Deputy General Counsel and Senior Counsel including at Clifford Chance US LLP, KKR &Co Inc, and most recently Cerberus Capital Management LP.

Katie holds a J.D. from Michigan Law School (cum laude) and B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis. Katie is admitted to practice law in New York.
