Bhavik is a Director with the Investment Tax team in the London office of OMERS responsible for providing transactional tax support to the Infrastructure and Private Equity businesses on European transactions.

Prior to OMERS, Bhavik was a Director at EY in their Transactions Tax team for 4 years advising on major infrastructure and private equity transactions. Bhavik had previously been at PwC for 10 years with experience in mid-market private equity/infrastructure/credit transactions across Europe.

Bhavik holds an MBA from London Business School, a BSc in Economics from University College London and is a Chartered Accountant.
