OMERS Infrastructure and APG acquired Kenter in January 2024. Kenter is an energy infrastructure solutions business providing medium-voltage infrastructure (including transformers and switchgear), meters, battery storage, EV charging and heating solutions to over 28,000 commercial and industrial business customers in the Netherlands and Belgium.
