OMERS completed its investment in Anchorage Infrastructure Investments Holdings Limited (“Anchorage”) in September 2021. Anchorage is the holding company of Kempegowda International Airport, which serves Bangalore, the capital of Karnataka, India. The airport is the third-busiest airport by passenger traffic, air traffic movements and domestic and total cargo handled in India. In the FY 2022–23, the airport handled around 31.9 million passengers and 410,000 metric tonnes of cargo. It serves 74 domestic destinations and 25 international destinations.
