Peter Gray

January 22, 2025 – OMERS Infrastructure today announced that Peter Gray has been appointed to the role of Senior Managing Director, Head of Americas. Peter will report to Michael Hill, the Global Head of Infrastructure, and joins the global Infrastructure Management Committee.

Peter has been an integral part of the OMERS Infrastructure business since 2014 and has made tremendous contributions across the portfolio on both origination and asset management. He has been involved in the execution and asset management of numerous investments, including Teranet, Bruce Power, Oncor and Beanfield Metroconnect. Prior to OMERS, Peter worked at Allstate Investments in Chicago, and in the investment banking divisions of HSBC and Bank of America Merrill Lynch.

Commenting on the news, Michael Hill, Executive Vice President and Global Head of OMERS Infrastructure, said: “Peter exemplifies our core values of partnership, excellence and positivity and he is well positioned to take on this new leadership role. He will now lead the regional team of 35 professionals, and oversee all origination activities in energy, digital and transportation, as well as the active asset management of our 12 current investments in the US and Canada.”
