Rich is a Director, Legal & Compliance, for OMERS Infrastructure and holds the FCA Compliance and Money Laundering Officer senior management functions for OMERS Infrastructure Europe. He joined the team in April 2020.

Prior to joining OMERS, Rich held wide-ranging legal, compliance and management roles, principally in infrastructure and renewables financial services. He served as general counsel and compliance officer for Bluefield Partners and Ecofin Limited, Global Compliance Officer and Legal Counsel for MVision Private Equity Advisers, and as an attorney at Clifford Chance.

Rich holds a Bachelor of Science in Zoology from Texas A&M University, and a Juris Doctorate from The University of Texas School of Law.
