Marly joined the OMERS Infrastructure team in London in March 2021. As Director, Legal, her focus is on providing advice and support to the transaction teams regarding new investment opportunities and the management of existing assets throughout the UK and Europe.

Prior to joining OMERS, Marly was a Senior Associate in the Herbert Smith Freehills LLP Energy and Infrastructure team, where she advised clients on M&A and project development.

Marly holds a Bachelor of Arts from Harvard University and a LL.B. from the University of Ottawa. She is qualified to practice in England and Wales and Ontario.
