In her role as Senior Managing Director & Head of Legal, Jennifer is responsible for leading the OMERS Infrastructure legal team globally. Since joining OMERS in June 2013, Jennifer has been a key member of the Infrastructure investment team providing legal advice for transactions including for Leeward Renewable Energy, Puget Sound Energy and GNL Quintero and asset management for, amongst others, Oncor and Teranet.  Jennifer is currently a member of the board of directors of both Teranet and Enersource. 

Prior to joining OMERS Infrastructure, Jennifer was Senior Counsel at GE Capital.  Jennifer began her career at Torys LLP in Toronto and New York.

Jennifer holds an LL.B. from the University of Windsor and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from the University of Toronto.  Jennifer is called to the Bar in Ontario and New York, and she is a Chartered Director.
