Biography

Graham McLeod is currently Director, Legal in the Toronto office of OMERS Infrastructure, having joined the team in February 2019. He is responsible for providing transactional legal support on all aspects of the investment pursuit process, along with providing legal support to the asset management teams post-acquisition in the Americas.

Graham has more than two decades of experience advising on major infrastructure projects across Canada, the Middle East, Asia and Africa. This includes sectors such as: petrochemicals, oil & gas, healthcare, water and wastewater, energy and transit – as well as the social infrastructure space. 

Immediately prior to joining OMERS Infrastructure, Graham was Managing Partner of a leading Canadian law firm’s Middle East offices. His previous experience also includes serving as Vice President, Project Legal Services with Infrastructure Ontario. 

Graham received his LL.B. and BCL from McGill University, and he holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Alberta. Graham is admitted to the Law Society of Ontario.
