As Vice President, Legal and Compliance, Angélique is responsible for overseeing and managing the compliance program for the OMERS Infrastructure business. Angélique joined the team in 2022 and is based in New York.

Angélique joined OMERS with more than two decades of wealth, investment management, and broker-dealer regulatory and legal experience. She spent the first part of her career at several international law firms and then, after moving in-house, held increasingly senior legal and compliance roles supporting global investment management businesses.

Angélique holds a B.A. from the University of Toronto, an LL.B. from the University of Ottawa, and an LL.M. from Georgetown University Law Center. Angélique is admitted to practice in New York and Ontario.
