OMERS hires Managing Director into Americas Infrastructure team

OMERS Infrastructure has announced the appointment of Jeff Kelly as Managing Director within the Americas team. Based in New York, Jeff will oversee and contribute to a range of portfolio management and strategic initiatives across OMERS Infrastructure’s portfolio of ten assets in the United States and Canada. He commences his role today and will report directly to Peter Gray, Senior Managing Director and Head of the Americas, OMERS Infrastructure.

Peter Gray said: “Jeff brings a wealth of knowledge and experience from his 25-year career across investing, business transformations, and operations. We’re thrilled to have Jeff join our team of over 40 dedicated infrastructure professionals in the Americas.”

OMERS Infrastructure’s Americas team is located in Toronto and New York City. The organization’s Infrastructure portfolio comprises ten companies in the region, spanning the energy, transportation, and digital sectors.

Biography of Jeff Kelly

Jeff has over 25 years of professional experience across investing, business transformations and operations and he has a particularly deep and distinctive level of knowledge across the energy sector.

Jeff joined OMERS most recently from Civitas Resources, where he was Chief Transformation Officer and, immediately prior to that, he led a wide range of business transformations while he was a Managing Director at Blackstone for almost four years.
